OVERVIEW Prior to joining WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, LLC, Ms. Armstrong was affiliated with Liberty Property Trust in Marlton, NJ as a Senior Marketing Representative. She performed various functions relating to the leasing, development and management for a 2mm square foot portfolio of office and industrial properties in Burlington and Camden counties. This involved procuring new tenants to the buildings, lease negotiations and relationship building amongst a diverse group of over 150 companies. During her 16 year tenure at Liberty, her background began in accounting and lease administration that entailed being the point person amongst leasing representatives and various internal management teams, general contractors, architects and local governmental officials, prepared a variety of reports and data collection for leasing statistics.
