OVERVIEW

Mr. Fencl was been involved in the commercial real estate industry for more than 20 years. Prior to his affiliation with WHPounds Commercial Real Estate, he was employed with Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. a global real estate services firm headquartered in New York from 1980 to 2002. During his long and successful career with Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Fencl gained a unique perspective and thorough understanding of the real estate asset investment cycle having served in a variety of disciplines focused principally on providing superior client real estate services and transaction execution.

EXPERIENCE

His sales experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing covering a multitude of real estate asset types located principally in the Delaware Valley. Significant accomplishments include Deal of the year award winner for his role in the sale of One Liberty Place and The Shoppes at Liberty Place total value $245 Million. Secured anchor tenant in new southern New Jersey office complex based solely on a rendering. Fully leased a CBD office building located on periphery of the market. Total sales and leasing volume total more than 2 million SF with an aggregate value of in excess of $500 Million

Mr. Fencl is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) of the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Mr. Fencl is also a Certified Public Accountant and currently holds memberships in the Tri-County Board of Realtors and the American and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
